The other 4 rooms, located on the garden level, are composed of 2 twin rooms with bathroom with bath and 2 twin rooms, which are children's / teenagers' rooms, with bunk beds integrated into the building of the house and have a shower room and shared toilet.

 

Two additional beds can be provided on request, and the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

 

You will also have at your disposal a hammam, a massage room, for which you will be able to call on the services of professionals, and a basement sheltering a playroom with DVD, video games for children and a ping pong table.

 

Villa El Zagilda offers you unparalleled comfort and is perfectly designed to accommodate several families or groups of friends. It can also be rented for 4 or 8 rooms, but it should be noted that the ground floor rooms, although comfortable, do not have the same standing as those upstairs.

 

You will also be entitled to the services of a qualified team of 5 staff who will be responsible for the maintenance of the house, the garden and the pool, the preparation of meals and the supply of groceries and wines.

 

Outside, do not hesitate to bathe in the swimming pool, or simply to laze on the deckchairs which encircle it. Enjoy a friendly moment in the outdoor dining area or a stroll in the vegetable garden, the large private park or the flower-lined gardens.

 

Also enjoy the internet access and WiFi, as well as the equipment of the house (stereo, piano, billiard, ping pong...) arranged for your comfort and that of your loved ones.

 

The privileged setting of Villa El Zagilda does not isolate you however from the rest of the life of Marrakech, the property being only 10 minutes by car from the city centre, the golf courses, the Medina and the modern district of Hivernage and Gueliz. It is also a 20-minute drive from Jamaa el Fna Square, 15 minutes from Royal Golf, Amelkis, Al Maaden and the nearest bus and train stations, and 10 minutes from Royal Palm Golf Course and from the airport.

 

The rental price of the villa includes, among others, the service of the house staff (cleaning, preparation of meals, shopping...), energy consumption (electricity, water, garage...) and the equipment of the house (internet, WiFi, linen provided...), while the services with supplement include the transfer of the airport, the insurance cancellation, staff tips, the care of the hammam, babysitting (on request).
